1. Using this site

By using ivirth.online you agree to these terms. The site is informational: it describes iViRTH’s platforms (TGIC, MTRX, ePay, MNDL, CampusOS) and lets you request an audit, quote or merchandise brief.

2. Services are agreed separately

Submitting a form is a request, not a binding order. Scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Product-specific terms apply to each platform’s own services.

3. Intellectual property

The InkLink and iViRTH names, the Ekam Lipi symbolic language, the Bhav Framework, sigils, imagery and site content belong to iViRTH or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Custom sigils and merchandise artwork are governed by your engagement agreement.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use automated means to overload it.

5. Estimates & calculators

ROI, cashback, tier and lead-time figures on this site are illustrative. Actual results depend on your institution, funnel and engagement.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Unless your contract states otherwise, iViRTH targets: a reply to enquiries within one working day, and — for CampusOS campuses in covered cities — a two-hour on-site response for faulty fire sensors or gate readers. These are targets, not guarantees; binding SLAs are defined per engagement.

7. Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is”. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the location of iViRTH’s registered office have jurisdiction.
