This website (ivirth.online, “InkLink”) is operated by iViRTH. This policy explains what we collect through the site’s forms and how we handle it. Each product site (MTRX, ePay, MNDL, CampusOS) may have its own policy for its own services.

2. What we collect

• Audit & contact forms: name, institutional email, institution or brand URL and the focus area you choose.
• Merchandise briefs: contact details, delivery location, product specifications and notes you provide.
• Technical data: basic request information needed to serve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Preferences: your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare your audit or proposal, scope a production brief, and improve the site. Submissions are reviewed manually by the iViRTH team. We do not sell or resell your data.

4. Storage & sharing

Form submissions are stored on our server and/or emailed to the team. We share data only with service providers or manufacturers strictly needed to fulfil your request, or where law requires.

5. Children & schools

This site is not directed at children. Student data handled by MNDL, ePay or CampusOS is processed under agreements with the relevant school or institution and each product’s own policy.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you submitted by writing to hello@ivirth.in.
