How it will work

    The referral is checked against the published conditions, including payment, cancellation and refund rules.

  5. Reward

    If approved, the reward is recorded and paid on the stated timeline.

Rules we will publish before anyone takes part

  • Who can refer and who can be referred.
  • What counts as a new customer, and the attribution window.
  • The qualifying event: activation, paid subscription or collected organisation contract.
  • Reward amounts or rates, caps and minimum payout.
  • Validation period, payout timing and tax records.
  • Treatment of refunds, cancellations, duplicates, self-referrals and fraud.
  • How to raise a dispute.
  • No spam, scraping, unapproved discounts or misleading claims.
