1. Who this site is for
The site is intended for professionals evaluating digital twin, passport and traceability projects. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly market to anyone under 18.
2. What we collect
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not track or profile children, show behavioural advertising or use their data for automated decisions. We do not seek verifiable parental consent because we do not intentionally process children’s data.
3. If we learn we hold a child’s data
We will stop using it and delete it promptly.
4. For parents and guardians
If you believe your child has sent us information, email hello@ivirth.in with “Children” in the subject and we will act on it. See also our privacy notice and data rights.
5. Project data
If a client project involves children’s data, special safeguards, a lawful basis and any required guardian consent are set in the agreement and applicable law before processing begins.
