1. About the site
The site provides information about iViRTH’s digital twin, digital product passport, traceability and lifecycle data capabilities. It is general information for business visitors, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not professional, legal, regulatory, engineering or financial advice.
2. Capability statements and status labels
We label capabilities as available now, delivered as a service, prototype or demonstration, in development, or planned. Only items labelled “available now” are presented as existing, tested features; anything planned is a future intention and may change or not be delivered. Capabilities such as IoT connectivity, real-time monitoring, simulation or predictive analytics apply only where implemented and demonstrated for a specific engagement.
3. No certification or compliance guarantee
Implementation support is not certification, verification or accredited assurance, and is not a guarantee of compliance with any law, standard or regulation (including EU Digital Product Passport rules, which are introduced progressively and depend on product-specific requirements and legislation). Regulatory assessment, laboratory testing, certification and independent assurance are offered only through appropriately qualified or authorised parties. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions.
4. Demonstrations and sample data
Demonstrations use clearly labelled, illustrative sample data. They show record structure and how modules connect, not real products, suppliers, results or customers, and must not be relied on as evidence of any claim.
5. Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any pilot, assessment or implementation is subject to a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, dependencies, exclusions, fees and support. Information you send in an enquiry should not include confidential third-party data.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or probe, scan or test its security without written permission.
- Do not introduce malware, overload the service, or use automated means to extract content in a way that harms the site.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive content, or someone else’s personal data without authority.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or imply endorsement by iViRTH.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, text, graphics, logos, software and code are owned by or licensed to iViRTH and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as the law allows. The iViRTH name and logos are our marks. Third-party names, standards and trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Feedback
If you send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation or compensation, while you keep any rights in your own pre-existing materials.
9. Third-party links and standards
Links to external sites, standards and regulatory sources are provided for convenience and context. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or availability. They do not, by themselves, determine the requirements for your products or implementation.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or remove content or features at any time.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iViRTH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Liability under any engagement is governed by its written agreement.
13. Privacy and cookies
Our privacy notice and cookie notice explain how information is handled and form part of how we operate this site.
14. Governing law and disputes
